Administrative Assistant / Staffing Coordinator - part time!

11th Hour Staffing, Inc is growing!  We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant / Staffing Coordinator.  This will be a part time position working Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
 
As an Administrative Assistant / Staffing Coordinator, you will support all steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage temporary/contractor on-boarding, orientations, and processing hire packages 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
  • Schedule & process drug & background testing of temporary employees 
  • Update candidate records in applicant tracking system
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and schedule for orientation sessions
  • Data entry and filing
  • Answer phones
  • Various projects as assigned
  • Provide overall administrative support to office
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience 
  • Knowledge of human resources a plus!
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a FAST paced environment is a MUST!!
