Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and seamless day-to-day management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate and attend meetings; take accurate minutes and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage office logistics related to executive operations
  • Assist with special projects, research, and reporting as assigned
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM (flexible)
Pay: $20-25/hr
