Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to support our clients finance team on a 3-month contract basis. This entry-level role will focus primarily on entering and processing accounts payable invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and process vendor invoices into the company’s ERP system 
  • Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation before submission for payment
  • Assist the finance team with maintaining organized financial records
  • Ensure invoices are coded correctly and entered in a timely manner
  • Communicate with internal team members regarding invoice details when needed
  • Support additional administrative tasks within the accounting department as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of accounts payable/accounting principles experience required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • A/P experience with 3-way match
  • Experience handling a high volume of invoice processing (100+ per day)
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is a plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
