Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue from office supplies, furniture, copiers/printers, and water systems.
- Achieve sales targets by selling over 60,000 products across multiple categories.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned 10-county area.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and leads.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide timely support and solutions to client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrate products effectively to clients and provide guidance on optimal office solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals.
- Track sales progress, goals, and territory performance using CRM tools or sales software.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations and expand the reach of products in untapped markets.
- Stay current with market trends and customer preferences across the region.
- Leverage local events and networking opportunities to boost product visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in office supplies, furniture, copiers/printers, or related products.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local market in the 10-county region is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a larger sales team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Pay: $30K-$35K
Commission: 20% of GP
