Responsibilities:
- Complete daily invoicing for shipments and water testing. Mail/Email invoices and account statements
- Post ACH payments to customer accounts
- Collection call for delinquent accounts
- Assist in customer request for information, tracking information, invoice copies, etc
- Processes Return Material Authorization requests
- Tracks “Entered” Return Material Authorization requests
- Notifies quality of important complaints for trending using the Form 7 process
- Resolves customer issues. Notifies management when necessary
- Provide backup to customer service, process customer orders, from electronic or verbal request
- Follow company safety program
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in customer service or accounting required.
- Experience in processing returning, daily invoicing, posting payments, collections, etc.
- Some mechanical ability
- Attention to detail
- Very strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
- Efficient computer skills
Pay: $20/hr
