Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing the safety and environmental protection management system of the factory base in United States; establishing relevant rules and regulations such as company safety, environmental protection and occupational health.
- According to the company’s annual business plan, formulate the company’s work plan for each stage of safety and environmental protection, formulate safety management goals, organize the implementation and supervise various safety rectification work; and ensure that the work plan is completed in quality and quantity.
- Responsible for the daily management, supervision and inspection of the company’s safety and environmental protection work, and responsible for organizing safety and environmental protection-related training and publicity.
- Responsible for organizing major safety inspections, special inspection activities and carrying out weekly safety on-site inspections.
- According to the safety and environmental protection work plan, formulate and control the cost budget for safety and environmental protection management.
- Collect the latest laws and regulations on safety and environmental protection in the country and locality where the company is located, and regularly update the company’s rules and regulations on safety and environmental protection.
- Responsible for actively promoting the sustainable development of the factory in accordance with the relevant requirements of the group and cooperating with relevant departments to complete the relevant indicators of sustainable development and safety and environmental protection.
- Responsible for cooperating with the corresponding departments of the company, daily communication with relevant government agencies, conveying documents and relevant requirements of relevant government supervision departments.
- Other work content given by superior leaders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in safety engineering, environmental science and engineering.
- More than 5 years of work experience in safety and environmental protection, work experience in diaphragms, lithium batteries, automobiles and parts, and chemical industry is preferred.
- Experience in new factory construction is preferred.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulations on safety and environmental protection; and safety production management process.
- Qualified as registered security engineers or security administrators are preferred.
- Best to have work experience in a multinational company and the ability to deal with cultural differences are preferred.
