Immediate openings for a CONTRACT Data Entry Associate role in the Dayton, OH area!

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain inventory and shipping data in the ERP system.
- Process warehouse documentation including packing lists, shipping labels, and receipts.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Update records for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System), if applicable, to support real-time inventory tracking.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform regular audits.
- Support general warehouse administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with ERP systems in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Hands-on experience with WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite WMS, Manhattan, SAP EWM, etc.).
- Exceptional computer skills; fast and accurate data entry, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM-4:30PM
Pay: $16-17+/hr
