Immediate opening for an on-call Supervisor. This is a direct hire role within 11th Hour Staffing to help support one of our clients.
You would be on-call:
Monday & Thursday 6:00 pm – 4:00 am
Saturday: Work on-site 530 am -730 am to do new hire orientations when requested by client, attendance roster reporting and issue badges and then on-call remainder of shift from 730 am - 630 pm.
Sunday: Work remotely to complete attendance roster reporting 6-7 am, then on call 7 am - 630 pm.
Both Saturday/Sunday, will be required to log onto email between 5-630 pm to answer any client emails, complete a timeclock report and handle any requested terminations.
**During the on-call timeframes you must have your work cell on and available to answer any and all calls from our client as well as go on-site in the event of a worksite injury, reasonable suspicion drug test administration, termination, issue replacement badges or other request per client. You will receive a guaranteed daily on-call rate as well as an hourly rate in the even you are called to go onsite.**
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-call representative during scheduled hours. Go on-site to handle situations within 30 minutes of receiving call from client.
Process new hire orientations on weekends, issue badges, track weekend attendance and send out reports utilizing Excel.
Update/correct timeclock errors and send out reports.
Terminate or counsel employees on performance/attendance as needed.
Respond to client emails and calls.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/Industrial environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to uphold confidentiality with employee relations
Ability to handle difficult or uncomfortable situations
Strong computer skills and high proficiency with MS Office and Excel
