Immediate Opening for an Inside Sales Specialist in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This office-based, customer-facing position combines inside sales, customer relationship management, order support, and retail customer interaction.
The Inside Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing customers through phone, email, electronic inquiries, and in-person interactions to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and close sales. The ideal candidate will become knowledgeable about the company's products and services and use that knowledge to create new business, grow existing accounts, and re-engage previous customers.

We're looking for someone who is personable, motivated, and comfortable selling. This role is not simply answering phones, it requires someone who can build relationships, recognize sales opportunities, recommend solutions, and confidently move customers through the sales process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell company products, systems, and services through inbound calls, electronic inquiries, and in-person/retail interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products or solutions.
- Confidently close sales while providing a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and process orders.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Re-engage previous customers and dormant leads to create additional sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, pricing, and capabilities.
- Support outside sales representatives, production, and other internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Assist with order fulfillment, post-sale support, and administrative duties as needed.
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve customer concerns and complex issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information within company systems.
- Contribute to a professional, welcoming experience for customers visiting the retail/storefront area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of sales, customer service, retail, account management, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Ability to identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness and ability to learn the company's products, services, and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
