Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and repair of multiple commercial warehouse facilities throughout Northwest Ohio. This is a field-based position requiring travel between facilities using a company-provided vehicle.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned maintenance professional with a strong background in commercial building maintenance, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a desire to grow into future leadership opportunities. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
Pay: $28.00-32.000/hr

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial warehouse facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve building maintenance issues, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, lighting, and general building systems.
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to management.
- Travel between multiple facilities throughout the Lima, Tipp City, Celina, and surrounding Northwest Ohio areas.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Work overtime when business needs require.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial building or facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience maintaining warehouse, industrial, or commercial properties is strongly preferred.
- Broad knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company motor vehicle standards (required).
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
- Comfortable traveling daily between multiple facilities using a company-provided truck.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks, including climbing ladders, kneeling, bending, and working in varying weather conditions.
