Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Order Picker Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners, pick tickets, or voice systems
- Operate order picker equipment and/or pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects
- Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
Qualifications:
- Required: Prior order picking experience in a warehouse setting
- Experience operating an order picker or similar equipment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
