Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support our client’s operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, efficient performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment and a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
•    Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
•    Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
•    Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions
•    Assist with basic machine maintenance and repairs to ensure operational efficiency
•    Perform electrical wiring and control system repairs as needed
•    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
•    Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability
•    Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications:
•    Basic machine maintenance experience
•    Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
•    Experience with electrical wiring, controls, and industrial systems
•    Solid understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
•    Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time schedule

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting required; programming is a plus)
•    Technical certification or degree in Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related field
•    Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Schedule & Pay:
•    Part-Time: Approximately 20 hours per week
•    Pay: $20+/hour, depending on experience
