Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Specialist to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role ensures products move in and out efficiently, safely, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse setting with varying temperatures; may require standing, lifting, and occasional overtime.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $18-24/hr depending on experience

Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Specialist to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role ensures products move in and out efficiently, safely, and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process domestic & international shipments
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
- Verify shipments against orders and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, hand truck)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
- Previous warehouse/shipping experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience with inventory systems (SAGE preferred)
- Basic knowledge of shipping procedures, hazmat a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
