Position Overview:
We are seeking two skilled and detail-oriented IPC J-STD-001 Certified Solderers for a short-term project expected to last approximately 30 days. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who can quickly step in and produce high-quality soldering work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering on electronic components and assemblies in accordance with IPC J-STD-001 standards
- Inspect and ensure quality of solder joints and completed assemblies
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- Active IPC J-STD-001 Certification (Required)
- Proven experience with hand soldering and electronic assembly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines
- Reliable attendance for the duration of the project
