Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, PLC systems, and a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely, effective solutions
• Maintain and repair CNC machines, ensuring proper functionality and accuracy
• Work with PLC systems for troubleshooting and basic programming adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform electrical wiring and control system repairs as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC machines
• Working knowledge of PLC systems (troubleshooting required; programming is a plus)
• Experience with electrical wiring, controls, and industrial systems
• Solid understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification or degree in Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments
