Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and support within our clients' production environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and committed to driving team performance while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure workflow, quality, and productivity goals are consistently met
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize computer systems for reporting, scheduling, and communication
- Assist with scheduling, resource planning, and problem-solving on the production floor
- Support operations on Saturdays as needed (not every weekend)
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Experience working with electronics or electronic components
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to learn and use multiple systems
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30AM–3:00PM (flexible), Saturdays 6:00AM–11:00AM as needed
Salary Range: $45,000–$50,000 annually
