Summary
We are seeking a sharp, motivated, and detail-oriented Electronics Room Operator to join our client's team. In this role, you will assemble, program, inspect, and troubleshoot electronic temperature-monitoring devices prior to shipment. This position is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic monitoring devices, including assembling cases, applying labels, and installing batteries.
  • Prepare finished products for shipment through visual inspection, required documentation, and packaging.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for multiple lines of temperature-monitoring devices to both internal and external customers.
  • Create and maintain documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Compliance (COC), labels, calibration certificates, and quality-control documents.
  • Program products according to work instructions, including serializing, flashing firmware, and assigning temperature profiles.
  • Input data into the ERP system to support production operations and track raw materials and finished goods.
  • Process returns and rework products as needed.
  • Follow quality procedures and standards in accordance with ISO, FDA, and internal policies and work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to all safety rules and procedures.
  • Use equipment and supplies efficiently to support operational goals.
  • Support team objectives and contribute positively to department and company goals.
  • Receive and check in all customer recalibrations.
  • Pull and prepare products for new calibrations.
  • Record serial numbers and test results for calibrated equipment.
  • Create calibration certificates and build calibration kits as needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have 2+ years working experience with electronic assembly. 
  • Must have experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
  • Computer-literate with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay range: $18.00-21.00/hr
Length of assignment: 3-4 weeks with possibility to turn permanent
