Immediate Opening for a Machine Operator in the Englewood, Ohio area.

This is an entry-level position. All training will be provided. No experience necessary. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates injection molding machines and all necessary support equipment to meet production schedules and maintain required customer quality standards while following internal policies and procedures.
• Maintains and operates in a safe and clean work environment while complying with industry 5S standards to increase operational efficiencies and OSHA regulations to reduce workplace injuries.
• Effectively communicates job assignment, work instruction, and job-specific problems with the oncoming shift to ensure an efficient transition to meet production requirements.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Forward thinking (drives for continuous improvements)
• Must have longevity in each role. 

Schedule: 
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4PM 
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 2PM-12PM
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-8AM

Pay: $16.00-$16.50/hr
