Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and operational management for maintenance, facilities, and reliability functions, aligning efforts with plant performance goals.
- Manage resources to achieve key operational metrics (OEE, maintenance cost, and reliability goals) using data analysis and trend insights to drive decisions.
- Develop and lead capital expenditure and reliability projects focused on increasing plant capacity, safety, and efficiency.
- Partner with engineering, production, operations, and EHS teams to ensure maintenance strategies align with business objectives.
- Oversee all production and facility assets through proactive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and performance.
- Lead maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring accurate asset data and work order management within the CMMS.
- Conduct structured RCAs to resolve chronic issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and service contracts to support efficient, cost-effective operations.
- Lead all aspects of team management including recruitment, performance reviews, skills training, and succession planning to build a strong technical team.
- Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all regulations and fostering continuous improvement in safety performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related technical field required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in process-based manufacturing operations. Multi-site and maintenance/engineering management experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and control systems (pneumatics, VFDs, PLCs, robotics, automation, HVAC, and medium voltage distribution).
- Strong understanding of facilities systems, drawing interpretation, and material handling systems.
- Skilled in CMMS administration and data-driven maintenance management.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire technical teams across multiple locations.
- Strong problem-solving, statistical analysis, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- High integrity, strong organizational skills, strategic mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
