Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for each equipment. This is an entry-level, full-time on-site positions located in Sidney, OH. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining quality standards, and following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the coating/slurry/slitting equipment and follow process guidelines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Monitor the production line and assist in resolving any issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Conduct routine inspections and immediately address or report any safety or quality concerns.
• Complete and maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
• Perform cycle cleaning of equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area/warehouse.
• Follow all company safety policies and report any unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Identify equipment issues and notify the supervisor or team leader for repairs.
• Be willing to assist in other departments or complete additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in machine operating or manufacturing is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• May involve lifting, bending, and exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Compliance with all safety and production regulations the company requires.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
