About the Role:
We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support our client in their hiring efforts for manufacturing and warehouse roles. This is an hourly position focused on conducting phone screens and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high-volume recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and notes in our applicant tracking system
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Communicate regularly with the internal team to ensure alignment on hiring needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, or similar roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of candidates
- Experience using applicant tracking systems preferred
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Assignment Length: 2–3 months (with potential to extend or convert to permanent)
