Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operation Support Specialist to oversee day-to-day operational support, including grounds maintenance, light janitorial duties, and transportation coordination. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our workplace remains clean, safe, and accessible year-round, while also supporting employee commute needs and transportation logistics such as airport pickups.
Key Responsibilities:
Grounds & Facility Maintenance
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and maintain the overall appearance of the outdoor
premises.
• Perform snow removal, including shoveling and salting walkways and parking areas
during winter months.
• Monitor and report maintenance needs or hazards around the property.
Office Cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness in shared office spaces including lobbies, restrooms, break
rooms, and meeting areas.
• Empty trash bins, clean surfaces, and restock basic supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with external cleaning services if required.
Transportation & Logistics
• Provide safe and punctual transportation for employee commutes and airport pick ups/drop-offs.
• Manage and maintain company vehicle(s) and ensure regular servicing.
• Coordinate transportation schedules with staff and maintain trip records.
Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Proven experience in groundskeeping, janitorial work, or similar hands-on roles.
• Ability to operate basic lawn care and snow removal equipment.
• Strong punctuality, time management, and attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and good communication skills.
Working Conditions:
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather
conditions.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed
(especially during snow events or flight arrival times).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks
Must be able to work on call 24/7. Pay ranges from $18-25/hr
