Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Inspect parts and products for defects, report issues, and perform rework as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required protective equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Complete and maintain production records and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity; ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:00PM-11:30PM
Pay: $15.50/hr
