Immediate Opening for an Air Duct Cleaning Service Technician role in Dayton, Ohio!

Responsibilities:

Clean and restore ductwork, HVAC components, and dryer vents; apply anti-microbial treatments as needed.

Maintain proper use and upkeep of all tools, equipment, and company vehicle; report any issues promptly.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of job documentation, paperwork, and customer receipts.

Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally in appearance and communication.

Support the General Manager with equipment, supplies, and operational needs.

Follow safety protocols, company policies, and attend required meetings and training sessions.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure jobs meet or exceed quality standards.

Maintain organized, confidential customer and project files; manage customer relations effectively.
- Accurately track and submit work hours using company-approved methods.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or similar fields is required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude.

Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.
Schedule: Schedule varies based on company needs **MUST BE FLEXIBLE** (Between hours of 8AM-1AM)
Pay: $17/hr
