Immediate Opening for an Air Duct Cleaning Service Technician role in Dayton, Ohio!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and restore ductwork, HVAC components, and dryer vents; apply anti-microbial treatments as needed.

• Maintain proper use and upkeep of all tools, equipment, and company vehicle; report any issues promptly.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of job documentation, paperwork, and customer receipts.

• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally in appearance and communication.

• Support the General Manager with equipment, supplies, and operational needs.

• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and attend required meetings and training sessions.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure jobs meet or exceed quality standards.

• Maintain organized, confidential customer and project files; manage customer relations effectively.

• Accurately track and submit work hours using company-approved methods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or similar fields is required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and maintain a positive attitude.

• Physical ability to perform hands-on tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record preferred.

Schedule: Schedule varies based on company needs **MUST BE FLEXIBLE** (Between hours of 8AM-1AM)
Pay: $17/hr
