Recruiter/Onsite Coordinator (Wednesday-Sunday)

We are hiring for a Recruiter/On-Site Coordinator in the Dayton, OH area.
This role is ON SITE, NOT REMOTE. 
MUST be located within the Dayton, OH area.

Schedule:
Wednesday-Thursday 8am - 530 pm
Friday 6am - 630pm
Saturday 6am - 230pm
Sunday 6-8am 
This role requires the ability to be on-call on Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6am - 630pm.

 
As a Recruiter/Onsite Coordinator, you will support all steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Source, identify and recruit candidates for pipeline and open orders.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Meet with onsite management to determine staffing needs
  • Manage temporary/contractor on-boarding, orientations, and processing hire packages.
  • Assist with drug & background testing of temporary employees. 
  • Handle employee relations with all active temporary employees, including hiring/firing/counseling.
  • Act as liaison between clients and branch office to facilitate administrative and payroll matters.
  • Update candidate records in applicant tracking system.
  • Communicates with onsite and offsite staff, Account Manager(s), recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and agencies.
  • Be On-Call during shift hours to handle any employee relations issues, terminations, reasonable suspicion drug testing, reply to emails, and respond to Manager requests/inquiries quickly

Requirements:
  • Staffing/recruiting or Warehouse Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment helpful.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls & emails daily.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • On-Call responsibilities could require you to go out on site to client, must be available to do so (within 20 minutes or less response time) within the hours of your shift.
  • May require occasional coverage for 1st Shift/2nd Shift Monday-Thursday to cover for vacations/time off for other On-Site staff.
