11th Hour Staffing, Inc is growing! We are hiring for a Part time On-Site/On-Call Staffing Coordinator. WEEKEND SHIFT!

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will support all steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain client relationships
Meet with onsite management to determine staffing needs
Manage temporary/contractor onboarding, orientations, and processing hire packages
Oversee all drug & background testing of temporary employees on site
Handle employee relations with all active temporary employees on site, including hiring/firing/counseling
Responsible for all time & attendance tracking and reporting
Act as liaison between clients and branch office to facilitate administrative and payroll matters
Update candidate records in applicant tracking system
Update and maintain timeclock system, employee punches and accurate tracking for payroll
Communicates with onsite and offsite staff, Account Manager, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
Be On-Call during shift hours to handle any employee relations issues, terminations, reasonable suspicion drug testing, reply to emails, and respond to Manager requests/inquiries quickly
Requirements:
2+ years of Staffing/Recruiting or Warehouse Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Assembly and Warehouse positions a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required
Proficiency in MS Office
Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
Ability to multi-task in a FAST paced environment is a MUST!
Part time schedule:
Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 6:00 am - 8:30 am and then serve as On-Call until 6:30 pm.
On-Call responsibilities could require you to go out on site to client, must be available to do so (within 20 minutes or less response time) within the hours of Fri-Sun, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm.
Schedule could vary depending on client needs.
May require occasional coverage for 1st Shift/2nd Shift Monday-Thursday to cover for vacations/time off for other On-Site staff.
