Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble products, such as pumps, tanks, and other equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Apply basic electrical skills to assist in the assembly or testing of products, including wiring and electrical component installation.
- Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Move between different production stations as needed, performing various tasks to support production flow.
- Safely lift and move heavy materials, parts, and equipment up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Work closely with other production team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing role required; electrical experience is a must.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong hands-on assembly experience with an understanding of electrical components, tools, and equipment.
- High attention to detail to ensure product quality and precision during assembly.
- Knowledge of basic safety practices and ability to follow safety protocols on the job.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to different tasks as needed.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM OR 7AM-3:30PM
Pay: $18/hr
