Job Description/Responsibilities:
This position provides administrative support to the distribution center and all functional departments. The Financial Clerk is also responsible for monthly reconciliation of the AP process, vendor management, and will be a back-up to production planning.    
Provide Financial Assistance
  • Reconcile monthly invoices
  • Oversee vendor relationships using the PeopleSoft finance application
  • Manage office supply needs and spending requests
  • Assist with temporary staffing agency invoices, roster and payroll
  • Process expense reports
Provide Administrative Support
  • Coordinate and schedule building meetings, business travel, and community events
  • Collect and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist in maintaining record retention
  • Compile and update reports
  • Create documents using all of the Microsoft Suite applications (PP, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Communicate and coordinate with Corporate partners
  • Assist in employee activities: to include researching, pricing and ordering
  • Assist others in projects as available
  • Oversee inventory of all reward & recognition awards
  • Other duties/projects as assigned

Eligibility Considerations
  • 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting a large number of employees in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing financial records
  • Advanced training in Microsoft Office
  • Peoplesoft Experience preferred
