  • Need someone who is hard working, passionate, and who wants to be a key contributor to our team.  
  • Will be responsible for buying goods, services, and operations equipment at the most cost effective rate possible to drive increased margin potential while maintaining high quality standards expected by our Customers.  
  • Will be responsible for analyzing purchasing related data to ensure good forecasting and that all expenditures are being properly charged and paid. 

  • Responsible for but not limited to purchasing and distributing raw materials, equipment, machinery and supplies, etc.
  • Establishes purchasing policies and procedures and directs purchasing programs accordingly.
  • Establishes procedures to accomplish procurement of a wide variety of materials in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Prepares and distributes purchase orders with individual vendors.
  • Proactively ensures products will always have on-time delivery and, if necessary, works with vendors on any corrective action when an issue arises.
  • Analyzes market and delivery conditions to determine present and future material availability.
  • Keeps current on economic, industrial and other trends that affect the purchasing process and materials availability.
  • Reviews and monitors requisitions, supply sources, supplies, quotations, terms, delivery, etc.
  • Works with Vendors to assure a quality product delivered in a timely manner.
  • Works to creatively and continually identify improved cost-reductions where possible.
  • Recommends major purchases of materials on the basis of anticipated changes in price or unusual availability.
  • Drives contract negotiations and recommends vendor selection.
  • Familiar with both domestic and overseas’ requirements.
  • Verifies receipt of items to orders, resolves shipment error with suppliers.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager on all items involved in Purchasing and its corresponding budget.
  • Aligns with Production and Distribution to ensure no unexpected material shortfalls.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 3+ years of Purchasing Experience
  • Experience leading Contract Negotiations
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Extremely Positive Attitude & Strong Team Player
  • Very Trustworthy with a Good Ability to Safeguard Areas of Confidentiality
