Immediate need for a Temporary Human Resuources Assistant!

IMMEDIATE opening for an HR Assistant in the Dayton, OH area.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Full charge recruiting of temp ramp up; coordinating with agencies for production temps on the floor
  • Maintains hourly recruiting data/status; setting appointments, proctoring candidate assessments
  • Coordinating  & preparing internal scheduling of biometrics & flu shots
  • Performs daily time edits in ERP; proactively following up on paperwork for absences, tardies, etc.
  • Coordinates the safety committee meetings & minutes
  • Scheduling & coordinating CPR re-certs
  • Audits & processes for payment all benefits invoices
  • Full charge of HR recordkeeping/filing
  • Inputs all temp starts & terms into IT help desk
  • Maintains Excel HR spreadsheets needed for HRIS implementation
  •          MUST have at least 2+ years’ manufacturing experience in an HR role.
  •          Must have hands-on experience with the administrative portions of safety AND HR 
  •          Must be highly organized, capable with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  •          Must be an excellent communicator; capable of reading, writing and speaking in clear English.
Monday Thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
