HR Administrative Assistant

Immediate opening for an HR Administrative Assistant in the Troy, OH area.
We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, detail orientated, and dependable. 

 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors
  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties including data entry, shredding, photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system; Retrieve documents from filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data and make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Assist with several projects, compile sales packets, charts, graphs, and business plans
  • Proofread documents for spelling, grammar and layout
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Must be detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and prioritize
 
 
Hourly Pay Rate: $12-14 (DOE)
