Immediate opening for a temporary-to-hire Customer Service Representative in the Troy, OH area.  

Hours are 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become the product/service expert to assist customers with their inquiries and questions
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Follow up to customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
  • Dispatch service technicians
  • Problem solve to help customers resolve issues
  • Data entry of customer information into various software programs
  • Assist in retention of customers


    Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years in customer support and service experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm in stressful situations and adjust plans to meet changing needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with the field service team and third party servicers
  • Ability to handle internal and external customers politely and efficiently follows procedures to solve problems, understand company products and services, and maintain pleasant and professional image
