Immediate opening for a Controller/HR Manager 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial functions & reporting to assure accurate completion in a timely manner.
  • Manage HR functions to attract & retain quality employees and comply with regulations.
  • Processing payroll, including payroll tax returns
  • Executing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Completing monthly closing, on time and in an accurate manner
  • Assembling the trial balance and financial statements, including balance sheet and income and cash flow statements
  • Assisting with production staffing needs and benefits administration
  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with major in Business with an emphasis in accounting or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting & Human Resources within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to thrive, think outside the box, & anticipate opportunities & pitfalls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence and self-motivation; able to work independently and prioritize multiple activities.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, & communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills.
