Office Coordinator with Customer Service Experience

Immediate opening for a temporary-to-hire Office Coordinator with Customer Service Experience in Troy, OH area.  

Hours are 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become the product/service expert to assist customers with their inquiries and questions
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Enter in orders and coordinate installation process throughout
  • Follow up to customer inquiries
  • Problem solve to help customers resolve issues
  • Data entry of  information into various software programs
  • Assist in retention of customers


    Requirements:
  • 1+ years in customer support and clerical experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm in stressful situations and adjust plans to meet changing needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Any project management/coordination experience would be a plus!
Hourly pay range:  $12
