Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Stamp Press Operator to join our client's production team. This position is responsible for operating a hot stamp press and performing various preparation and finishing tasks to ensure products meet quality standards.
This is a hands-on, repetitive production position that requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established processes. While the position involves standing and working at a machine throughout the shift, it is not considered heavy labor.

This is a hands-on, repetitive production position that requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow established processes. While the position involves standing and working at a machine throughout the shift, it is not considered heavy labor.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate hot stamp presses and other light production equipment according to established procedures.
- Prepare products and materials for the hot stamping and finishing process.
- Load, position, and remove products from machinery accurately and efficiently.
- Perform finishing and post-production tasks to ensure products are completed properly.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Identify defects or issues and communicate them to the appropriate team member.
- Complete repetitive production tasks while maintaining a consistent level of quality and accuracy.
- Use basic hand tools or other equipment as needed for production and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Meet established production and quality expectations.
- Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or finishing experience.
- Hot stamp press experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small imperfections or inconsistencies.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable standing and working at a machine for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to use basic hand tools as needed.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as required.
