Immediate Opening for an Inside Sales Rep / Customer Service in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products, systems, and services that provide the best solution.
• Close sales while meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
• Re-engage previous customers and dormant leads to create new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products, services, and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives, customer service, production, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with order processing, order fulfillment, post-sale support, and other administrative duties as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns by applying company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to two years of sales, customer service, or related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to effectively close sales and achieve performance goals.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to learn company products and continuously develop product knowledge

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr.
