Responsibilities: 
  • Operate and monitor automated quality inspection systems, ensuring proper functionality and calibration.
  • Analyze data from inspection equipment to identify defects or non-conformance with specifications.
  • Perform visual and manual inspections of boards and components to confirm adherence to quality standards.
  • Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
  • Data Collection and Reporting
  • Record inspection results, identifying trends and recurring issues.
  • Provide feedback to production teams to address quality concerns in real-time.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Identify and resolve issues with automated inspection systems in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on inspection tools and equipment.
  • Assist in identifying root causes of quality defects and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and suggest enhancements to automation tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to support efficient and safe operations.
Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality assurance role, preferably with automation systems.
  • Proficiency in operating automated inspection systems and related software.
  • Familiarity with quality measurement tools and techniques.
  • Basic understanding of electronics, boards, and components is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify minute defects.
  • Effective communication skills for reporting findings and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools.
Schedule: M-F 6:30AM-3PM
Pay: $14/hr
