Immediate Opening for a Service Center Coordinator in Vandalia, Ohio area.

Responsibilities:
- Answers multi-lines and directs phone calls appropriately.
- Provide peripheral support to the management team.
- Data entry of weekly expense reports for leadership.
- Manage email correspondence and assists with the leadership newsletter.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and domestic travel arrangements (e.g. calendar support in conjunction with the Executive Assistant).
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Organizing office supplies.
- Assist with coordinating office events and activities (e.g. maintaining meeting boxes, ordering meals, stocking - snacks and beverages).
- Provide support for any other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently along with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Adept at using scheduling and email management tools.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Pay: $23/hr
