Customer Service Representative - 1st shift

Dayton, OH
Immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in the Dayton, OH area. This position will work Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound customer service calls 
  • Interacts directly with customers either by telephone or electronically providing quality customer care with each interaction.
  • Take orders from customers and enter orders into system
  • Responds promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Deals with any problems or queries that an end user may
  • High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience 
  • Working knowledge of customer service principles and practices based on past work history.
  • Excellent customer service skills including telephone and email communications.
  • Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills 
Pay Rate:  $10/hr
